• Ensure all related billing issuance are issued accurately, provide complete supporting billing documents to customer, meeting the customer's contract/payment terms and ensure each set of payment collection should be reasonably assured.
• Liaise with internal A/R Collections team and customer to resolve any variances whenever query arise.
• Able to communicate well with all the partners to ensure smooth execution of shipment & billing according to established guidelines.
• Ensure all documents are filed according to Record Retention Policy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or any equivalent in Business Administration or any related course.
• Sound knowledge on International Shipping practice and basic understanding on Finance's terminology.
• Solid understanding of business management systems like Oracle or JDE and Microsoft Excel.
