What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. The Job

What you will be doing:

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
