• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases

Work location: Alexandra

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Update Company’s IT Policy and ensure compliance
• Provide day to day IT support to end-users within the company
• Provide IT support for Vessels via remote tools or vessel visit if required
• Support and ensure normal IT server operations within the company and vessels
• Maintain and update Office Hardware inventory
• Administer Company's Marine ERP's
• Ensure that backup and replication is done for ERP's and office servers
• Collaborate with other Business Units on new technological needs or expand uses for existing technologies to increase functionality or efficiency if required
• Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain/create user documentation and training materials
• Actively explore and deploy new software/hardware, unit standards, policies and procedures and effectively manages to achieve them when required

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ IT support experience in shipping companies
• Basic SQL Knowledge to run/apply queries
• Education qualification in Information Technology or equivalent
• Good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
