As a Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline, and safety within the institution
• Able to establish appropriate and guiding relationships with residents and be good role models
• To be attentive and look into the well-being of residents by being available and accountable for their whereabouts when on duty
• To motivate and actively engage residents to a higher level of behavioral performance and development
• May run small group programs with residents
• To provide close supervision and maintain the residents' discipline in accordance with the daily programmes
• Ensure all records, documentations and correspondence are updated promptly and filed accordingly
• To participate actively and take ownership of any additional primary/secondary portfolios assigned
• Ensure the safety and security of premises
