The Role

As an IT Services Champion, you will oversee the IT service catalogue, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with procurement and cybersecurity standards. As a user satisfaction advocate, working with IT service accounts, actively engage with users to identify and resolve issues, and drive continuous service improvement through surveys and feedback. You must be well-versed in cybersecurity controls and manage breaches. You will monitor and report on service performance, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met, and KPIs support continuous improvement. Your Profile

We seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Your ideal skillset includes certifications in MCSE, ITIL, and project management (PMP, Prince2). You must have at least 7 years of IT service delivery and support experience, demonstrably led cross-functional teams and managed service accounts. Additionally, you must possess 5+ years of active engagement with senior stakeholders at all stages of IT service deployments. Experience with third-party vendors is a plus. Rounding out your qualifications are solid people management, ITIL knowledge,

exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
