2. Job Description

• Admin Officer (business/ accounting background not required)
• Support branch office mail services ad-hoc (simple collection point)
• Office errands and proper usual office admin work
• Data entry, scan documents of business records
• Track client service subscription expiry and send email reminders

3. Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Knows how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Google
• Preferably can read, write Chinese, able to speak Mandarin

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Reception area and Visitor Management activities and directing them to the appropriate team. Meet and Greet all visitor politely and attend to any query promptly.
• Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Receive and or pick up packages /documents from courier or mail services; sorts and hands over item(s) to recipients.
• To provide administrative support and proper documentations necessary for daily operations.
• Assist on receptionist related job scope and support event-organizing.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the reception area.
• Ad hoc other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE certification in Business Administration / Commerce /Finance or Admin or any relevant education.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore working experience as Receptionist / Front -Desk related Job or Telephone Operator.
• Good PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including the internet, e-mail functions & Microsoft Office application ( Ms Word etc).
• Good Communication skills and Telephone etiquette.
• Responsible and Positive work Attitude will be prefered.

Responsibilities :

• Attend and respond to incoming calls, emails and call-back requests, Live Chats (if applicable to the supported Project), within service Levels and to deliver pleasant Customer experiences.
• Follow-up on all outstanding incidents/cases
• Logged all calls reported into the case management system.
• Maintains and accurately update customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management system.
• The following would depend on the experience of the candidate and on need basis: Generates management reports and provides assistance and guidance to junior colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or Business or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year in Contact Centre/Service Desk/Helpdesk support experience
• Having good communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Ability to multi-task e.g. on the call and keying in to the ticketing system at the same time.
• Interested with policy and procedures, application/eService usage and/or transaction behaviour support in Contact Centre via phone, email, online and digital platform.
• Able to work staggered office hours on rotation and 5.5-day work per week (alternate Saturdays and 5th Saturdays)
