• Maintain a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible.
• Manage office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with appropriate vendors/departments to resolve any issues.
• Submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience in customer service or reception duties (preferred)
• Possess good communication skills
• Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.

- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.

- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

- Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.

- Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.

- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.

- Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectivesobjectives.

Manage the Dessert kiosk independently, prior experience in customer service and preferably in bubble tea industry. Stock inventory order and control. Preparation of all perishable products and ensure freshness for daily sales.

Kiosk operating in office building.

Working hour 8.30am to 5pm. Monday to Friday.

Sat/Sun/PH close.
