Our client looking for a Customer Service Assistant (3 months contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and record caller details for sales follow-up.
• Assist in preparing proposals and documents from Sales and Marketing information.
• Prepare invoices and monthly consolidated billing reports.
• Maintain and update filing systems and SWM software for waste information.
• Support the Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales with customer care, feedback, market intelligence, and coordination with logistics and operations to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer service & Admin relevant experiences.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of logistics operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including metrics on cost, efficiency, and delivery times.
  • Use data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize routing and transportation schedules.
