The primary role of the candidate serves to focus on the ideation, content integration and creation for the showcases targeting the B2B customer segments at the Centre.
The candidate will partner the Centre Director to harness the Centre as a key customer engagement activation touchpoint, that showcases Singtel’s in-flight and advanced technologies across the commercial and enterprise segment, targeting B2B customer segments (Singtel local & overseas markets), through engaging experiences and innovative solution use cases, as well as leveraging it for leadership positioning targeting the C-suite executives.
The candidate will also be responsible for the smooth operations of the Centre. This role report to Head, Global Enterprise Marketing Analyst and Marketing Services.
Make an Impact by
A. Ideation and Content Creation
- Partner with the internal stakeholders, namely the Lines of Businesses (“LoBs”) and Customer Solution leaders as well as the Centre Director to co-ideate and curate the ‘story’ for the exhibits at the Innovation Centre, through use cases, using engaging content and immersive showcases to bring forth Singtel’s deep capabilities and technologies to life for the different audiences, and to keep the exhibits refresh
- Partner with Content & Experience Manager to produce the content and showcases with 3rd party agencies
- Research and deep dive on new technology topics for content integration, creation and refresh
- Develop demo roadmaps as needed
- Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.
- Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
B. Leadership Positioning & C-Suite Engagement
- Harness the Centre for thought leadership, brand and key touchpoint for customer activation.
- Customise customer presentations targeted at C-suite Executives
- Collaborate with relevant ecosystem partners to enhance propositions and customer benefits
- Host Tier 2 and Tier 3 visits for customers, working with the Centre Director to customise tours as necessary
C. Operations & Close-loop Reporting for Lead-Generation
- Plan, organise and coordinate all events related to the Centre, from customer visits, external delegations, to workshops/talks.
- Manage close-loop reporting with customer relation management tool (CRM), key performance metrics and workflow cadences for demand and lead-generation purposes
- Manage spending, predictability of spend +/- 5% variance
- Create and enforce Operations Playbook for the Innovation Centre
- Manage scheduling and host allocation for visits
- Support and own logistics for events held at the Innovation Centre
D. Key Events/ Special Projects
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class industry forums.
- Co-facilitate meetings and workshops for customer engagements
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Content Production, Management and Marketing or Editorial for B2B segments, preferably in mid to large organisations with strong understanding of the ICT industry, emerging technologies and trends and ability to demonstrate how technologies contribute to digital transformation and business growth.
- Possess excellent presentation and oral communications skills, including Powerpoint skills.

- Ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company’s stated goals

- Experience with managing Content Managing Systems is a plus
