Job Description

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects

Qualifications

1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers.
