Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
• Address customer concerns and complaints, and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Keep customers informed about order status and promptly handle any changes or updates requested
• Documents, escalate, and follow up on incidents
• Focus on direct customer interaction as a first-level helpdesk
• Collaborate with other teams for timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
• Display empathy and patience when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
• Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Positive attitude, multi-tasker and a team-oriented mindset working with minimal supervision is essential, committed to going the extra mile for customers.
• Knowledge in MS Office application is essential and hand-on experience in SAP B1 is much preferred

Salary: Up $2700 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB + Incentives

Working Days/Hours (depend on assignment):

• 5-day work week shift work, required to work on weekends
• 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

*Remark: Not allow using phones during working hours due to Private & Confidential (P&C) documents

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Call Centre is highly preferred or Customer Service experience
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese customers
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
