Job Responsibilities

• Report to Sales Manager
• Be regularly checking and evaluating effectiveness, quality, consistency of delivered service and process.
• Responsible for day-to-day sales operation
• Making plan to achieve targets together with Senior Customer Service Officer.
• Assisting Senior Customer Service Officer to achieve Profitable Sales Growth set by the Management.
• Executes sales activities in order to meet the planned sales target (Supply / Demand).
• Liaise with supply source (Plant, Vendor/Suppliers) and monitor delivery date.
• To activate FA, 1st Production, ECN, EOL, New customer setup
• Rendering immediate support to customers in the absence to other team members.
• Develop good relationship and promote a positive corporate image to the customers.
• To follow up with customer on their forecast for monthly sales report preparation.
• Monitor supply (from suppliers, plant) and demand (from customers)
• Take up adhoc tasks & assignments when assigned by Sales Manager.
• Attend weekly FA meetings and other sales related meetings.
• Attend monthly Sales Progress Meeting

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience experience.
• A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment and is able to communicate with individuals at all levels/positions.
• Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal call of duty.

Customer Service Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure safety and well-being of students
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Meet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
• Establishing excellent rapport with students and customers
• Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Assist in the day to day operations of the centre and centre management
• Assist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
• Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
