Our client from the Banking industry is looking for an Innovative individual with experience in User/Customer Research/Training.
Job Description:
· You will focus on applying your Qualitative experience to train bank staff on core Qualitative research skills, artifacts and processes.
· The training covers all 6 markets in APAC countries and collaborate with cross functional teams in implementing the training.
· Additionally, the role involves support for Research Ops.
· Manage the end-to-end process for qualitative research training course, including onboarding, facilitating workshops, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
· Continuously assess and enhance training workshop content and templates, keeping them up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
· Cultivate a customer obsessed mindset across the organization by organizing events to showcase customer findings across the bank.
· Support internal recruitment needs through an internal panel management system.
Job Requirements:
· Degree or equivalent
· Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in qualitative or UX research, showcasing your ability to understand customers’ underlying motive or needs
· Experience in training others and panel management is an advantage
· Strong Project Management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and effectively managing stakeholders
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proactive and innovative mindset, eager to tackle challenges and problem solver
· Survey design experience and experience in Qualtrics is a bonus
