• Co-ordinate the technical requirements/needs of the clients and reinsurers and deliver Aon projects to reflect these.

1. Job Purpose

Patient Service Associate is to manage and provide frontline patient services such as patient admission, in-flight / discharge billing consultation, modes of payment consultation, general enquiries handling, birth registration and cashiering.

- Pre-Admission Administration

- Works with Bed Management Unit (BMU) to monitor the availability of beds for elective inpatients prior to admission.

KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in outreach efforts to reach out and recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme.
