• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

1. Arranging on daily schedule

2. Handle customer service hotline & provide first level of support over the phone or email

3. Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary.

4. Liaise with customers on the site jobs and making arrangemenet with clients when required

5. Administrative duties where applicable to support operations.
