What you'll be Involved In:

Information Technology (IT) & Audio Visual (AV) Asset Management

• Coordinate with vendors on IT & AV equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs;
• Maintain IT & AV equipment asset movement (loan and tracking) and administer asset purchases
• Provide IT & AV assistance and user training;
• Execute termly IT & AV preventive and maintenance plan;

Provide IT technical support, by remote and/or onsite means, to the end user/customer community in the Publicis Groupe Agencies within the market. 

This involves first level technical support of all matters of IT, including but not exclusive to, Desktop Services, Network & Wireless Infrastructure, File & Print Services, Applications and Messaging. The role also involves assisting with the implementation of any initiatives or projects in line with Groupe strategy. 

The role requires an individual to not only be customer focused and to be able to work individually with the user/customer community, but also to work as part of a wider local & regional Resources IT team and interact and assist that team where and when required.

You will be part of an IT infrastructure Support Team managing mission critical high-tech biometrics devices at critical locations of significant national interest. You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational downtime.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and configuration of PCs/Workstations O.S., applications and related peripheral devices.
• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to the end-users on a 24x7 rotational shift, from 10 am to 10 pm/ 10 pm to 10 am, including Public Holidays.
• The successful applicants should be prepared to be deployed primarily at Tuas Checkpoint. The successful applicant could be deployed to the Tuas checkpoint in the future on a rotational basis.
