• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Provide expert advice and information regarding vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs or services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service orders, customer details, and vehicle information.
• Offer additional automotive services and products based on customer needs.
• Work closely with mechanics and technicians to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is a plus.
• Candidate with non-relevant experience but passionate & knowledge about car is welcome to apply (Training provided).
