Core responsibilities

• Responsible for Testing of Electrical Low Voltage Panels, in house and onsite technical support to customers.
• Prepare FAT reports.
• Maintain testing equipment’s calibration records.
• Check and ensure that all LV switchboards are fabricated accordance to construction drawings.
• Check and ensure that installation of all systems complied to specifications and requirements.
• Able to work independently and maintain good working relationship with Clients.
• Provide technical solutions working with vendors and partners.
• Work with Sales, Production and Quality on all design related developments and concerns.
• Any other duties maybe assigned to you from time to time.

Job Specifications

• Electrical engineering degree or diploma.
• 5 years relevant experiences in design of low voltage panels.
• A good understanding of oil, gas and marine requirements.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

• Responsible and maintain all equipment’s in good working condition after use.
• Attend to all field service works as instructed by the QC/Service Manager.
• Overseas travel, if necessary, will be part of your work responsibility.
• Highly motivated and should have an eye for details.
• Able to take on multiple tasks while simultaneously meeting standards.
• Able to work Independently under minimum guidance.

The position holder is responsible for maintaining and servicing a range of well-known diesel generators ranging from 10KVA to 4MW and both HT and LT generators. Reporting to your team Senior Service Tech or Team Senior Service Engineer / leader

Key Tasks:

• Carry out fault finding and diagnosis to a range of diesel generator sets.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical engine problems
• Replacing electrical and mechanical components
• Carry out Full engine servicing
• Carry out site testing, inclusive of load bank testing for both HT and LT generators
• Customer liaison, update and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Good housekeeping of both customer sites and company vehicle
• Adhere to company health & safety standards

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Diploma/ITC/NTC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - LEW an added advantage
• SEC/SEC (K) Certificate if applicable

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• Previous experience working on Diesel Generators
• With minimum 3 years hand on experience on Diesel Generators
• Completed an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Diesel or Plant Fitting, or have a relevant qualification in one of those courses.
• Ideally strong knowledge of diesel generators such Cummins / Volvo / Perkins / Mitsubishi / John Deer / Droman / Deutz and any other brands
• Possess a valid Singapore driving license .

• Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team
• Good customer service and communication skills

Job Description

• Responsible for conceptualizing, communicating, and executing a regional digital experience strategy from a CS perspective which will require close collaboration with other BUs
• Propose and lead initiatives to enhance customer digital self-help experience
• Oversight of Community Moderation for the region, engaging with the community moderators of each Subsidiary to ensure a healthy Community ecosystem, meeting key engagement metrics.
• Support web & mobile app FAQ contents management, including analysis and proposals to improve web support experience.
• Create and edit customer service-related content, including FAQs, help articles, support guides, and newsletters.
• Lead and collaborate with other departments such as Contact Centre, Service Operations, Marketing and Product teams in digital transformation initiatives to improve digital customer experience and support strategic commercial objectives
• Oversight of Business Profile, Community Moderation, and Members program
• Lead and implement Service Marketing strategies, including hands on approach to digital content creation (digital banners, videos, images), assets amplification, and digital content library maintenance
• Monitor and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and SEO.
