Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of quotations and sales orders, managing customer enquiries, processing claims, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process a large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time, including verifying and rectifying part number errors on the orders. Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, and other issues.
