Working days: Mon - Fri, Alt Saturday
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
Salary: Basic up to $3800 + AWS + VB
Location: Changi
Job Scope:
- light capacity with airlines, and update customers on booking details.
- Understand the specifics of various airline cargo products and provide customers with tailored advice based on their needs.
- Handle the administration of cargo bookings by entering and maintaining accurate flight reservation data in the system.
- Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to ensure shipment requirements are met, and track shipment statuses to keep customers informed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries promptly, and collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing and data management.
