Job Description:
- Communicate with our customers and business partners to solve engine troubles by email and phone.
- Create a quotation and sales related reports.
- Issue invoices and deliver the invoices to customers.
- Key in the information in internal system.
- Understand products, services and the customers’ demands to become a bridge between the customers and business partners. - Visit customers to have a meeting for any type of negotiations for our services.
- Follow up with customers for quotations and payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ job experience within relevant Machinery fields.
- Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative-taking to inspire a team & be a good team player.
- Strong commitment to safety/compliance procedures are needed.
- Business level of Japanese language proficiency at speaking and writing to consult with Japanese speaking customers, suppliers, and Japan head-quarter.(Requirement qualification: JLPT 2) - - Business level of English language proficiency at speaking and writing to consult with Japanese and English-speaking customers. Familiarity with Microsoft products.
