Requirements

· Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent university degree.

· At least 5 - 6 years of IT Outsourcing experience in the combination of the following fields:

- Technical Infrastructure implementation,

- Project management skillset,

- A full and broad understanding of the IT Outsourcing Services and operation coordination skillset,

- People management skillset

- Experience and have knowledge on audio visual system.

- Provide technical support to audio visual system.

- Setup/troubleshoot audio visual system.

- Attend user queries/complaints on audio visual system.

- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of AV equipments.

- Able to work after office hour if needed.

Service Technician (Surveying Equipment)

Responsibilities

• Perform Maintenance, Repair and Calibration Service of the surveying equipment such as the Total Station, Scanner, Digital & Auto Level and the Accessories, that involves Electronics and Opto-Mechanical Movement.
• Provide service diagnostics (pre-inspection), recommendation and quote estimation.
• Perform repair service of equipment with complete adjustments, testing, outgoing inspection and cleaning.
• Ensure service performance (lead-time, reliability, utilization) are achieved.
• Support the Technical Service team on customer feedback and service-related issues.
• Maintain basic application knowledge of the Leica surveying equipment and back up the relevant Software data & configuration of customer equipment under service.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping of the workstations and workshop.

Requirements

• Min ITE or equivalent technical qualification in the field of Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Technically inclined with hands-on skills on servicing box build assembly
• Experience in Manufacturing or servicing in the field of Optics, Electronics and mechanical movement
• Analytical ability and interest in learning new knowledge and technologies
• Proficiency in SAP, computer software are preferred

Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.

Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Application Maintenance team and monitor progress.

Seek confirmation for closure from the user when resolution is provided.

Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents Prepare daily and weekly report (knowledgeable in excel)
