• 5 days, 12hr rotating shifts (9pm to 9am/9am to 9pm)
• MNC, North, 14 working days per month
• $3500 - $4000, shift & HP allowances, AWS, bonus

Job Description

• To support customer site for probe cards on the following: Card repairs, Pin replacement if possible
• Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
• Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
• Work with Headquarter vertical repair team for cards sent back to Headquarter in Italy
• Report / trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
• **Must have** at least 2 years’ experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
• Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
• Able to read PCB schematics
