St Andrew’s Migrant Worker Medical Centre (SAMWMC) has a non-profit dental clinic with 2 dental chairs that serves Work permit or Special pass foreign workers in the Construction, Marine, Process, Service sectors at a nominal fee.

• Clinical Governance Officer: To provide clinical governance and technical oversight for the dental clinic at SAMWMC in accordance with MOH’s HCSA regulations. It encompasses having to supervise a junior dental officer, and other volunteer dentists.

Oversee procurement of required stocks and consumables of the clinic, which includes sourcing for quotes from various vendors. To be in-charge of maintenance and licensing of dental equipment (eg. Dental chair, compressor, autoclaves, X-ray).
• Dental Team Management: Oversee rostering staff, recruitment of dental staff, appraisals of dental staff performances, training of dental staff (eg. Competency assessments), and retention of dental staff. Engagement with dental volunteers to recruit, retain, and roster.
• Patient Management: Oversee and assist team in triaging and booking the appropriate appointments for patients. Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns, explain treatment options, and alleviate anxieties related to dental procedures. Handle and resolve patient’s feedback and/or complaints of dental services if they arise.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information, in compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails to ensure customer’s payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame.
• Provide quality service on hospital’s payment matters including customer’s enquires and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage difficult customer calls, complaints, provide service recovery and to escalate cases where necessary.

Customer Service Officers (Full-time, Ang Mo Kio)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings

JOB MISSION

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for leading the service team with facilitating the processing of service tickets from start to finish for our clients with the utmost sense of urgency, professionalism and high quality required by our brand.

The Global Service Department is made up of a Global Service Manager based in the US, Regional Customer Service Managers based in the US, Singapore and the UK, with first line service receiving and dispatch being handled by our regional Customer Service Operators.

DUTIES

• Be responsible for the performance of the service execution globally on a day-to-day operational basis, with emphasis on the US region.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, day-to-day management, performance, development, and career progression of the US Customer Service Operators.
• Oversee all service tickets on a global basis to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
• Where necessary, intervene and take ownership of individual service tickets regardless of completion of region to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly reports and metrics to clients, management, and internal stakeholders providing status updates of all ongoing service
• Proactively heading off potential problems ahead of time.
• Be the escalation point for clients and where necessary formulate and execute mitigation plans for service calls.
• Be the single point of contact within region to our clients for all strategic service matters and to hold regular face-to-face client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hold weekly meetings with GS to review on-going global service calls, provide support, assistance and guidance to all global operators where necessary.
• Where needed, create and provide quotes and proposals to clients.
• Work closely with the Finance Department and executing financial administration such as managing and approving supplier invoices, verifying material purchases, and updating service agreement paperwork.
• To plan and schedule Routine Inspections (RI) of client sites.
• To continuously identify and implement process improvements to enable improved customer service and efficiency on a global basis
• Maintain and develop relationship with Local Service Partners maintain the Local Service Partner database
• Contribute to, and execute, the Global Service medium to long term strategy including department goals, vision, organization, processes and tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer operations and applications, including MS Office, Internet Browsing, and the ability to quickly understand security systems.
• Experience in dispatching or security industry environment a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
