Key Job Purpose :

Engineer for Sysmex products for local market (SG). Responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions necessary to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with Sysmex’s range of products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Sysmex’s Singapore customers
• Provide technical support to local (SG) customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis
• Manage key accounts that are being assigned
• Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations
• Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years or more of relevant field service experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or medical devices
• Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Resolves clients’ problems by identifying the problem, explaining procedures, and escalating to Relationship Manager when required.
• Prepare documents such as New Contracts, Renewal Notices, Renewal Contracts
• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
• Co-ordinate contract closings with RM, ensuring all required documents and flow of information to the relevant documents.
• Prepare Termination Replies, Joint Inspection Notices and Scheduling for RM.
• Monthly tallying of contracts verses invoices for Finance.

Your mission:

Your mission is to ensure that our operational organization structure is lean, scalable and optimized for the best customer outcomes and you will also identify new operations opportunities. Your scope includes introducing risk management strategies and analyzing the current strategy and strategic plans. You will also run operations diagnostic and hypothesis checks for the respective plans. We expect you to develop business scenarios and innovative ideas.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

• You are an owner and a driver of Customer Support Strategy and Planning working towards assigned goals, vision and mission of the team;
• Provide strategic insights and tactical leadership to Customer Support teams;
• Align and propose KPIs and Target Guidance for Customer Support teams;
• Develop strategic plans for optimized cost, quality or speed of Wise Customer Support;
• Design Wise Customer Support change roadmap;
