• Provide in-depth support and troubleshooting for production incidents on the Supply Chain Finance platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to analyze impacts, implement workarounds, and identify root causes.
• Work with the System Owner and Incident Manager to develop and maintain the Operational Knowledge Base and incident process management, specifically focusing on the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem. Create and update documentation, collaborating with the project team to stay updated on new enhancements and releases.
• Validate the platform after any scheduled or unscheduled patching activities related to the Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.
• Manage the platform and coordinate with internal stakeholders during disaster recovery exercises.
• Execute system configuration changes related to the Supply Chain Finance platform.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to relevant parties promptly.
• Participate in system restoration activities during disaster recovery exercises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in application or system support, preferably in the finance industry.
• Possess expertise in Supplier Finance, Accounts Receivable Purchase, and Dynamic Discounting products, including middle-office and back-office operations like funding and payments.
• Experienced in using the Finshare Platform (by Premium Technology).
• Familiar with enterprise application support environments, interacting with developers, infrastructure teams, service desks, and business users.
• Proficient in scripting languages like DOS and Shell Scripting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills to effectively analyze and resolve problems.

Job Description:

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners.
• Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of the laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of centralised asset pool.
• Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
• Manage IT accounts including coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.

Skills & experience needed:

Job Description

•  Main Duty - Customer Service Duty (mindset has to meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
•  To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are volumous) Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
•  To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
•  To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
•  To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
•  To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils.
• To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
•  To handle / support situation when pupils’ vomit, soiled their clothes.

General Duties

•  To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc
•  To help update the school activity notice board in the office (data accuracy is important)
•  To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
