Qualifications and Experience:

SERVICE TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be willing to hands on, Home Appliances Repair. On site repair at customer residential home . Training Period 4-8 weeks
• Provide onsite field service technical support Island wide.
• Troubleshooting assistance at customer locations either residential or industrial area.
• Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
• Provide field fixes and quality feedback on product.
• Handle all Customer complaints and all repair works.
• Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
• Prepare job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.
• Must be willing to carry heavy home appliances. – Fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc.

JOB DUTIES:

• Serve as primary point of contact for end-to-end customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Provide consultation to customers on bank products/services and facilitate banking transactions, including account opening, closure, and fund remittance.
• Coordinate with operational teams to complete customer requests and ensure smooth processing.
• Assist in fixing fixed deposit interest rates and support transaction processing, tracking, and documentation.
• Aid in checking credit limits availability and preparing loan instructions (drawdown, rollover, repayment).
• Handle e-banking service applications, amendments, and follow-ups, assisting customers with related matters.
• Maintain customer service details and follow-up matters in the customer service system (I-Call).
• Update and maintain team policies, procedures, and working manuals as necessary.
• Prepare daily reconciliation reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have relevant operations experience in the banking industry.
• Proficient understanding of corporate banking products, operations, systems, and procedures.
• Familiarity with regulatory and internal management reporting criteria.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Scope:

• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports
• Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR system
• Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders

Job Requirement:

• Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline with relevant experience within the financial services industry
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act
• High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
