Job Description

• Conduct lessons according to our pre-school curriculum and enrichment programme.
• Carry out progress monitoring of children.
• Classroom management and maintaining a pleasant learning environment.
• Setting up learning corners.
• Carrying out routine care duties.
• Organizing and participate in centre events.
• Ensuring the safety and hygiene of children.
• Work closely with other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties or initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must have ACEY/ HCIC or CIT + EYDF cert
• EY1 or EY2 certified will be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Service Desk technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Asia Service Desk, including ticket management, prioritization and escalation processes.
• Monitor service levels and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain service desk and technical procedures, documentation, and knowledge base to facilitate efficient problem resolution and training.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT service management. Perform regular IT audits of processes to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure on device deployment and ensure change management is followed to minimize risk to the business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NITEC in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.

• Assist the Senior School’s Music team with a wide-ranging curriculum, extracurriculars, and an active schedule of performances.
• Accompany various groups and take charge of creating performance chances for Senior School students.
• Arrange and sequence music for diverse ensembles, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where students are motivated to explore, perform, and support each other.
• Coordinate and promote the yearly "Battle of the Bands" alongside the Music Department and lead select agreed-upon music activities outside regular classes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Music/Arts or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting music learning, with a focus on piano.
• Strong piano skills with good ensemble and arranging skills.
• Capable of adapting to diverse student age groups and various teaching approaches.
