Responsibilities

Process E-commerce order and inventory updating

Team Introduction

The Video Cloud department is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of all video services related to our video infrastructure. It supports key platforms such as Douyin, Xigua, Toutiao, TikTok, Dali Education, and other popular apps. The Multimedia Middle Platform (Video Cloud) is one of the world's leading video platforms, offering services like media storage, transcoding, and streaming. This role requires a deep understanding of the video cloud business architecture to help both internal and external stakeholders improve product knowledge, drive product enhancements, and deliver optimal solutions that leverage our product capabilities. What you will be doing:

- Design and develop video cloud-based solutions.

- Collaborate with developers to address issues encountered during integration with video cloud services, as well as resolve quality problems in the production service process.

- Manage supplier requirements, identify integration challenges with suppliers, drive the development and optimisation of technical specifications, and minimise service-related issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
