• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.
• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

Qualifications

The Customer Success (CS) Enablement team drives impact and results essential to the success of the business by providing flexible and innovative learning and enablement solutions to develop Customer Success professionals. Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across APAC and globally that enable you to effectively drive learning and skill development across multiple channels.
• Use data and insights to effectively and continuously diagnose the learning and development needs across the business
• Project manage the full learning program development lifecycle, from inception to delivery, leveraging a variety of live and virtual learning mediums
• Establish effective change management and communication strategies to ensure buy-in, defined accountability, and clear sharing of successes/failures with a path forward.
• Design and implement metrics to measure training programs for business impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
• Collaborate directly with Program Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and CS Leaders to achieve operating priorities and enablement goals within APAC and at a global scale.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years' experience in customer success, sales, or account management
• 2+ years’ experience developing and leading organizational change efforts, or project management experience

• Experience working in APAC region
• Analytical and data-driven
• Ability to see the big picture, simplify complex problems and drive results
• Outstanding executive verbal and written communication: the ability to craft meaningful slides and narratives that articulate the “so what?” and inspire others to understand and follow the vision

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with global support team to ensure the Service Management ticket queues are effectively managed based on priority & commitment.
• Responsibility to ensure the 1Help 24x5 telephone systems are effectively manned.
• Effective management of your personal ticket queue.
• Fundamental to advanced troubleshooting for day-to-day incidents or requests from company end users (L1, L2 and potentially L3 activities).
• Basic Mobility Support (Primarily for iOS devices, occasional alternative products).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) Course Administration:

· Provide support for course development, enhancement and management, including preparation and procurement of materials, scheduling, course registrations and enrolments

· Coordinate and prepare logistics for learning activities, including venue and facilities setup, catering, etc.

· Provide other administrative support, including procurement, preparation of reports, etc.

(B) Learner Management:

· Manage learner records and database processes.

KEY SPECIFICATION

· Experience with using and administering learning management systems would be an advantage.

· Prior experience with Skillsfuture Singapore funding administration would be an advantage.
