Job Description
1. Provide overall support in operations, such as office/sales/inventories admin duties.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and feedback to customers via phone, walk in, emails and social media platform.
3. Assist and co-ordinate in online events, on-site training/exhibitions, etc.
4. Preparing the event and monitoring/increase the number of sign-up rates.
5. Assists in reminder and follow up.
6. Assist in setting up of rooms for event and zoom call.
7. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
8. Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
9. Processing order, sales invoice, and admin filing.
10. Responsible for researching, developing marketing opportunities, and planning and implementing new sales plans.
11. To support any ad-hoc project assigned by Management.
5 working days per week, you may require covering weekend events, training or exhibitions.
Requirement:
â—Ź At least 1 years relevant working experience with digital marketing experience
â—Ź Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
â—Ź Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
â—Ź High-level communication and networking skills.
â—Ź A passion for sales.
â—Ź Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
â—Ź Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
â—Ź Good command of English (written and spoken).
â—Ź Good Personality, self- motivated & Independent
â—Ź Must be Computer literate (Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Words and Excel)
â—Ź Ability to work well under pressure, hands on and self-starter.
â—Ź Able to muti-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
