• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment
• Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail
• Negotiate with customers on repayment amount and payment dates, where Provide customer service and enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates
• Resolve customer issues and handle walk-in customers who wish to make payment
• Achieve monthly cash-collection targets set at beginning of each Financial Year

Requirement

• Level with at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call centre environment)

Homebrew is looking for an Immersion Cooling Engineer (Data Centre) for our Hardware Division. You will be designing, building and maintaining our GPU clusters and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design: Immersion Cooling System for the GPU cluster, together with hardware, networking and data centre engineers (e.g. coolant selection, immersion tanks, heat exchangers, supporting infra)
• Build: Installation and commissioning of new system (e.g. working with vendors, setting up and testing systems)
• Emergency & Operational Response: Respond to emergency incidents and develop clear SOPs for failures (e.g. pump failures, server shutdown and migration)
• Observability & Maintenance: Develop maintenance procedures for Immersion Cooling system (e.g. fluid maintenance), and system monitoring for optimisation (e.g. flow rates, equipment or vendor choices)
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in immersion cooling technology, best practices, and industry standards

Requirements

• Battle-hardened experience in data centre operations, cooling system design, or related field
• [Plus] Experience with Immersion Cooling
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) software and tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, cost evaluation, stock control, contract negotiations, and order processing.
• Facilitate procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain.
• Collect and analyze data on supplier performance to identify improvement areas and suggest actionable recommendations.
• Obtain and assess feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of current sourcing strategies, highlighting issues for managerial attention.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement databases and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation in the procurement management system.
• Keep detailed records of supplier information, agreements, and performance metrics.
• Monitor supplier compliance with delivery schedules and product specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, sales, and operations to address and resolve procurement-related issues and concerns.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support the procurement function.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of purchasing-related experience, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis and evaluate supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Proficient in using procurement management systems and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
