Job description
We are looking for an IT Support & Customer Success Coordinator for our Singapore subsidiary, to provide excellent technical support and customer service to our clients. In a very dynamic and innovative environment, you will be able to work with the latest technologies, learn and propose ideas to improve the customer service quality of the company.
· Handling client queries
· Conduct basic IT troubleshooting
· Provide solutions to clients according to company protocols
· Report and keep records of all customer service activities
· Provide trainings to clients
· Produce customer service related documents and materials
· Conduct regular survey to monitor client satisfaction
· Work along with the General Manager to achieve client satisfaction KPIs
· Occasional field service at clients’ shops
· Occasional travels required
Profile required
· University degree holder in Information Technology or Business related disciplines
· 1-2 years of customer experience will be appreciated
· A good sense of customer relations
· Team player and open attitude to learn new things
· Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
· Position based in Singapore
· No work permits can be provided with this opening
