Currently, we are looking for Application Support which would be based in Singapore
Job description
· Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years in IT overall and 1 year in Application Support
Provide L1/L2 Application support to Front Office users
· Adhere to Service Level objective target
· Ensure adherence to APS support roster in terms of mailbox, webportal and hotline
· Should take part in 24/7 production support
· Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues.
· Review and create application Support knowledge articles
· Contribute to the continuous improvement plan

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills :
· ITIL practices Intermediate
· Unix OS Intermediate
· SQL Intermediate
· Middleware (Tomcat, MQ) Intermediate
· Software architecture Intermediate
