We seek Freelance/ Part Time / Intern staff for our client a major Investment Bank in Singapore.
Students with an IT background will also be considered.
Candidates should be available to work 2-3 days per week (weekdays) and should be a Singapore PR or Singaporean.
· Basic PC, Mac, and Phone troubleshooting knowledge. These candidates will cover the on-site desks and provide “Tier 1” support, triage, etc., and escalate as necessary.
· End-user hardware and software troubleshooting
· Windows OS, Apple OS X, Chrome OS (Chromebooks), iOS, Android
· Monitor and accessory deployment/collection
· Laptop & and mobile device deployments
· Upgrading broken devices or any damaged devices
· Ensure workstation monitors are functioning along with peripherals
· Interfacing with users to troubleshoot software issues
· Perform the disconnection of workplace equipment, movement of the equipment to the destination location, reconnection of the equipment, and testing according to the provided test plan.
· Installation/removal of phones, desktop PCs, monitors, and associated cabling.
