Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target for the company & individually.
• Build and maintain relationships with current & existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Participate in campaigns and conferences to promote our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Sales experience.
• Proactive & work independently.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required due to the need to communicate with local customers.

To provide IT support to end users and help IT department to implement IT projects.

Academic Qualification: Diploma

Industrial Experience: 2 to 5 years

Experience in: End users IT Support

Knowledgeable in:

- Microsoft Windows operating system, Win 10 and Win 11

- Microsoft Office software and Office 365 cloud applications

- Microsoft servers and Computer networking.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support to end users.

- Provide support on servers and computer networking.

- Setup and migrate computer systems for end users.

- Assist in implementation of new IT projects.

This position reports to IT Manager.
