Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on cases requiring out-of-home care.
• Collaborate on improving processes for placement and reunification in out-of-home care.
• Conduct research and review literature to identify trends in out-of-home care cases.
• Provide administrative support for out-of-home care operations.
• Assist with on-site assurance checks of agencies.
• Communicate with staff, stakeholders, foster parents, and agencies to coordinate placements.
• Support events and complete other departmental tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Min Degree.
• Experienced in social service industry is advantageous.
• Previous experience in managing data is a plus point.
