This Alliances Business Manager role will develop the full 360 degree Telco Service Provider (SP) partner led growth from leveraging partner teams and reach, especially for Managed Services. Position Summary

Reporting to the Service Manager, the position of Service Supervisor is part of a team responsible for delivering a first-class field service response to our customers through the management and development of the Field Service Personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

Your Career

As a Global Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to our Field Sales Teams with quoting of complex deals, educating on one-off quotes to order inquiries, and advising on product configuration rules. You will also support short-term marketing sales promotions while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure that deals are moving forward.
