Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.
• Conduct teleconsultations with potential clients and provide follow-up service calls post-treatment.
• Train and develop junior team members in customer service and telesales best practices.
• Oversee reception duties, including greeting clients, managing check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
• Coordinate responses to inquiries from social media, Google, and our website.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, reporting to management with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma, with 5+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven telesales experience, ideally within the beauty or aesthetics industry.

Job Description:

• Prompt processing of Sales Quotations, Customer Purchase orders in ERP system;
• Preparation of commercial documentation for deliveries/collections and logistical arrangements with customers and transportation company;
• Supporting Sales team in co-ordination with customers with regards to queries, updates of repair status, checking on parts availability and complaints;
• Monitor and management of customers’ stock levels:

1. Prompt request for parts/units from customers for our internal repair jobs queuing and planning;
