Drawing on its interdisciplinary expertise and collaborations across medical, social, psychological, economic and environmental perspectives, CARE conducts research on the social and medical determinants of successful ageing, and actively engages with government and industry partners to identify needs and strategies to enhance the experience of ageing in Singapore. The study involves a baseline survey and home-based as well as clinic-based assessments among a national cohort of older adults, coupled with short quarterly follow-up interviews that collect data on falls post-baseline. We seek to hire a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to join the project.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of research activities including but not limited to the following:

• Undertake quantitative research using the TARGET study data, and write academic manuscripts for publication in high-impact scientific journals.
