• Ensure Therapists and Consultants are equipped with the skills required to achieve Brand’s KPI and ensure consistency in customer experience.
• To contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching.
• To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behaviours and interact with the Sales consultants and customers.
• Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
• Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol.
• To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information, eg competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.
• Work closely with management team on training needs.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.

Job Description

• Attend to telephone, email enquiries & complaints
• Arrange cargo shipments
• Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc

Role purpose:

· Help setup a world-class Market Intelligence function within Molycop – that acts as a trusted advisor to the Group on commodity & freight market dynamics, market strategy and enables informed decision making.

Key accountabilities:

· Provide robust fundamental demand-supply analysis, insights and recommendations to the business by conducting research on the following:

o Steel & Raw Materials Markets (60%): Support the Group’s steel & traded products’ buying strategy.

o Freight Markets (25%): Play an integral role in the Group’s freight strategy (bulks and containers).

o Copper-Gold Market Dynamics, Energy Transition and ESG analysis (15%): Support the Group’s commercial strategy by undertaking research on customer industries.

· Data collection, maintenance, processes automation and statistical modelling that enhances the ability to draw meaningful insights.

· Influence and update internal stakeholders through both written work and verbal presentations.

· Create compelling presentations on the commodity market dynamics for the customers.

· Build a network of contacts with commodity traders, mining companies, steel producers, brokers, research providers to share and develop market intelligence.

Required qualifications:

· Strong academic background, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geology or Data Science

· Highly developed quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must

· Knowledge of commodity value chains (preferably steel/metals) and freight market highly desirable

· 2-4 years of working experience in commodity market analysis, consulting, mining, shipping or commodity trading.

· Good written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin language skills highly valued
