The Senior Manager, Customer Support manages a team of Customer Support Specialists, Technical Support Specialists and Associate Managers, Customer Support. Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor's degree in Business is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within an education context.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin with the ability to handle English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and other office tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform outdoor sales activities at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation services to prospective and current adult learners, helping them to choose the most suitable courses based on their educational goals and career aspirations.
• Promote and sell educational courses to individuals and businesses, leveraging your understanding of our offerings to match client needs with optimal solutions.
• Provide exceptional before and after-sales customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Upsell additional courses or services to existing clients where appropriate, enhancing their learning experience and contributing to the school's revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including businesses, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our courses.
• Generate leads through outdoor activities and other innovative approaches, converting these leads into sales for the school's educational courses.
• Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff to resolve any issues related to the educational courses.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making purposes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, course developments, and competitor activities.

• Help teachers supervise children in classrooms, halls, playgrounds, during meals, and on field trips.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and the well-being of children at all times.
• Execute basic cleaning duties such as disinfecting toys and equipment or cleaning up areas after mealtimes or snacks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Accounts Payable Executive will assist on all accounts payable matters relating to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and newly incorporated entities as assigned.

Your future role at QRT:

• Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
• Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
• Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
• Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

Your present skillset:

• At least 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
• MS Office skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with strong time management skills
• Eye for details, highly meticulous
