Job Description
· Provide support to teachers for Science / CCA Robotics:
o Prepare the items for science experiment / Lab and Robotics classes and competition
o Sorting and keeping equipment after class and maintain cleaniliness, stock taking, etc.
· Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents.
· Handle general administrative duties to support office operations:
o Attending to School General Office front-desk duties
o Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
o Attending to / assisting unwell students
o Assist in other general admin duties when assigned
· The Personnel is to endorse on the Official Secret Acts when handling classifited information / documents.
· Performs any tasks as assigned by Principal / Vice Principals and Admin Manager
Requirements
· Preferably a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
· GCE ‘A’ level or equivalent skillset.
· At least 3 years’ experience using MS Office.
· Possesses good communication skill and can work well in a team.
· Possesses patience in handling young children.
· 3 years of working experience as a Teacher Aide in a primary school setting.
· Preferably First Aid trained
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
