Job Description:

• Monitor, maintain and fine-tune existing network & security infrastructure: Endpoint Security, Next Generation Firewall (NGFW), Encryption, email and network proxy gateways, Microsoft 365, DLP etc.
• Monitor, analyze and response to Information Security Incidents by working across teams (e.g.: infrastructure, application, other departments, etc.)
• Prepare and document security hardening standard, security incident response plan & playbook.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, production and QA team to ensure security practices are integrated into all systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to ensure the QMS is accurate and adhere to in relation to New Products, Prototype, or first few pilot machines, especially for AP (Advance Packaging) areas.
• Responsible for reviewing product BOM structure and drawings, process flow charts of entire supply chain from vendor to post shipment servicing, design reviews and validation plans.
• Manage first article inspection (FAI), and closely monitor parts quality at initial lots, before released for mass production.

Role:

Process Engineer will support and drive quality control and root cause investigations for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings. Both types of findings require working closely with various departments such as Supplier Quality, Production, Quality Management and RND. He/she is responsible to coordinate for short term containment as well as recommending appropriate improvements for prevention of recurrence.

Process Engineer is responsible for the process control of assigned product and using statistical process control methods, he/she is required to review and analyse data to ensure process stability. He/she will develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and resolving bottlenecks at the root cause. Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance with ISO9001 standards. He/she is required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.

As a stakeholder in Product Sustaining Group (PSG), he/she will support PSG in technical queries for manufacturing process when required. He/she will contribute to the review and approval of engineering changes, provide recommendations of improvements and ensuring change is implemented in Production/System Acceptance. Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and supply of utilities (e.g. Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to support company operations.
