You'll join a multi-site product and test engineering team responsible for power discrete SiC (Silicon Carbide) diode portfolio. The SiC rectifier division core team is in Tours (France). For this position, you'll be based in Singapore and your role will be to support the division for the development of those high-performance rectifiers and the constant quality improvement plan: from wafers start in the flow up to the final test on diode housed into the package.

Responsibilities

• the review with local teams of the industrial changes impacting SiC diode production and participate to qualification plan definition, data analysis and milestones deliverables following quality standards and customer requirements.
• follow up all the engineering materials (technology/new product/industrial changes related) running in clean room (diffusion & EWS) to track their cycle time, to schedule the testing and the analysis, up to the disposition for back-end activities (assembly/final test trials)
• project leader for the execution of the electrical wafer sorting roadmap for SiC diodes to use the most advanced test equipment and advanced test solution.
• the analysis of electrical wafer sorting data for non-conform material and lead the board to propose most relevant disposition based on non-conform material analysis to build and sustain a data base of the either process or electrical signature and address the issues by a plan defined with a cross functional team.
• the development of statistical based routine to better detect outlier device.

Job Description:

The role of a silicon carbide Field Application Engineer/Manager is to provide technical support and guidance to customers who are using silicon carbide products. Need to work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, and then provide recommendations on the best silicon carbide products to use for their applications.

The Field Application Engineer/Manager is responsible for providing technical assistance during the design and development phase of a project, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the testing and implementation phase. They also work with customers to optimize the performance of their silicon carbide products and provide training and education on the use and maintenance of these products.

In addition, the Field Application Engineer/Manager works closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and to develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base. They also stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the silicon carbide industry, and provide feedback to the company's research and development team to help improve product performance and quality.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant
• Strong technical background in power electronics and energy systems
• Experience in designing and testing power electronics circuits and systems
• Knowledge of power semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC devices
• Familiarity with power conversion topologies such as DC-DC converters, AC-DC converters, and inverters
• Understanding of power system protection and control, including fault detection and isolation

The Team

The position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible and dynamic team working in the growing markets of image sensor.

The role works within the IC Digital Design team, forming part of the wider design team in Singapore which includes all disciplines required for implementation of full custom image sensors.

The candidate requires to have a good experience in digital design or verification of IPs or/and SOC.

As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power
Transistor sub-Group, you will manage the product characterization and
qualification of Silicon MOSFET, IGBT, Silicon Carbide MOSFET, GaN HEMT
and Power Modules.

The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:

• Testing program development and debug.
• Product characterization.
• Engineering DOE evaluation activities.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• PCB design and development.

Profile:

• 3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Final Test environment preferably as a Test Development Engineer.
• Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
• Understand the semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Job Description:

The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Innovative & Dynamic team, within the Imaging Validation Team, part of the Imaging Division, working on different worldwide leading technology image sensors targeting various customers and markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive).

As a Functional Validation Engineer, you would be involved in the validation of the various products of the division. The objective of the job is to ensure the functional performances of the product is aligned with the specification. Two kinds of platforms will be used: FPGA prototyping platform in a first step, silicon platform with final product in a second step. You will be supported by a large team of technical experts in validation, Optic, Electronic, Mechanics, software.

As a Functional Validation Engineer, you:

• Will be responsible of validation environment development: Test suites definition, Laboratory test bench, test development, validation automation, documentation.
• Will be in charge of the analysis and the solution of technical challenges.
• Will support customer for the integration of the product in customer platform
• Will collaborate with different Product Development Teams: IC Design, IC Architecture & Algo, Embedded Software/Firmware
• Will collaborate with application team in order to provide best solution for the customer

Profile:

- Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.

- At least, 6 years of experience, in Validation, Testing or Electronic product development.
