• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications.
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL.
• Familiarity with middleware concepts, distributed computing, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

• The candidate will be responsible to support the global Voice infrastructure, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management;
• Voice Services include:

• The successful candidate should be able to identify specific improvements within Network Services standards or processes and work with other ENS teams to take action on;
• Successfully receive technical escalations and independently provide solutions to resolve high impacting network incidents. Expertly conduct root-cause analysis for major problems and drive the troubleshooting to resolution;
• Point of escalations for offshore Level1 and Level2 for incident management;
• Communicate with business units during projects and incidents (Severity 1 and 2 bridges);

Capacity Analyst / Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand capacity and demand needs
2. Review and reclaim unused Storage/Cloud capacity
3. Secure funding approval for capacity expansion if required
4. Establish and maintain effective communication with all related key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of capacity expansion / annual capacity plan

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in all phases of desktop operating system support, implementation, and maintenance, preferably in the financial sector
• Knowledge/Experience in Asset Disposal Processes
• At least 3 years’ experience on trading floor experience with Bloomberg, Reuters & trading platforms
• Knowledge of desktop operating system and infrastructure required to implement and support enterprise deployments
• Knowledge of Desktop Services security and access standards and practices
• Basic understating of networking and server technologies
• Proficient in supporting a Windows 10 desktop environment & Microsoft suit of applications
• Good communication skills and strong analytical skills
