i. TV Studios & OB Support (TVS)

· Work with engineers from other disciplines (e.g. software, cybersecurity, integration) in the delivery of turn-key systems or proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives

· Monitor the health of infrastructure services and perform availability management for servers and its services, and assist in the resolution of operational issues

· Create & maintain technical documentation on Operations / Audit Best Practices, troubleshooting & related solutions knowledge base

· Manage the system recovery process (backup/restore of Infrastructure services and critical production server data and image) and assist in preparing incident reports in the event of outages

· Participate in failover or disaster recovery exercises of the IT infrastructure when required

· Deploy security fixes on Infrastructure services in accordance to enterprise vulnerability and patching strategy

· Support the administration of servers, VMware/Hyper-V platforms and domain controllers/LDAP servers

· Participate in the optimization of system performance and system capacity planning

Requirements :

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

· At least three years of relevant IT experience in designing (not mandatory), deploying and managing IT infrastructure systems.

· Required knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2k16/2k19, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and Azure Cloud

· Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, system technologies, operation processes and system engineering methodologies

· Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies will be desirable

· Technical certification in cloud and system technologies, such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VCP (VMware), VMCE (Veeam), CEH etc. will be advantageous

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Motivated team player with a keen eye for details, but able to work independently as well when required

· Candidate should also be willing to explore new technical domains in order to have a holistic technical view of the digital transformation landscape

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer in Media Asset Management Support will be providing comprehensive technical services to support the Companys broadcast enterprise systems for workflow orchestration, media asset management and post-production. The engineer will be providing professional services in supporting the system maintenance, operation requirements and implementation of project with alignment to the Companys business strategy. You arerequired tocarry out corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, security patching and remediation for all systems under Media Asset Management Support (MAMS) with minimum supervision. The Engineer is required to perform shift duty and to provide standby support during key events (The Engineer will also need to implement new solutions and manage projects for system under MAMS.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, post-production systems, workflow orchestration and etc.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify issues and provide resolution with minimum supervision.
• Perform security measure and hardening of system and remediation.
• Perform system administration, configuration, and setup.
• Liaise with different business units to provide technical solutions to enhance operations and system setup.
• Evaluate and recommends new technology.
• Perform shift work and standby duty.

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Info-Technology, Computing or Media.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong broadcast IT knowledge, well verse in Microsoft server, Microsoft SQL, VMWare, Window OS, Unix, Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Cloud knowledge
• Familiar with Networking solution such as Cisco and Arista, Dalet, Baton, Diva, ESB, Vantage, Avid PAM, Avid Media Central, broadcast workflow and production systems and file format
• Relevant experience in supporting, Media Asset Management, Post-Production Systems and/or Workflow Systems will be an advantage

The position requires engineer to carry out tasks related to IT security assessment, remediation and mitigation of security risks, carry out security patching, Operating System updates, monitoring of critical infrastructure, endpoint security, corrective and schedule preventives maintenance for broadcast IT system and support implementation of broadcast IT system projects.

• Provide technical support to broadcast equipment and systems in News Studios & News Post Production and asset management system, Outside Broadcast production van, News Room Computer System and etc.
• Document, communicate, collaborate, and handle security incidents
• Assess system vulnerabilities and provide guidance, remediate and mitigate the security risks
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of broadcast equipment and system.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance broadcast and IT equipment.
• Work with different business units to provide technical solutions to enhance existing operation and setup
• Evaluate and recommend new broadcast IT equipment and system.
• Support project implementation of broadcast IT system and infrastructures.
• Perform shift and standby duty to support broadcast system and infrastructures.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or equivalent. CISSP, CompTIA Security, Certification in Information Technology Security field is an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA preferred
• Project management experience preferred.
• Relevant work experience (1-3 years) in cyber security related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of cloud / enterprise security best practices
• Network troubleshooting skills of IT devices maintenance and experience with management and configuration of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls) will be preferred.
