Main Responsibilities

• Draft process improvement ideas with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety/quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity/productivity, and reduce costs.
• Implement Process Improvement ideas via management of a Change system and/or Non-regular work system.
• Coordinate, arrange, and plan new grade trial run with the R&D and Operation team, and handle the trial run and the evaluation.
• Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from a long-term view and/or periodically to uncover potential risks that may lead to Plant instability, Safety, or Quality issues.
• Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function or based on a request basis.
• Participate actively in HAZOP, FMEA, and Control plan studies as Process engineering functions for safety and quality improvement.
• Oversee Process related capital expenditures project from conceptual design up to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Lead the project assigned by the (assistant) manager of the department.
• Study and implement Industry 4.0-related technologies as part of Productivity Improvements and Process Improvement Projects.
• Participate in Company's EHSQ program and cooperate with its promotion and improvement.
• Collaborates with other departments in Management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, IATF16949, Safety Case regime, Energy management system, and ISCC plus as process engineering function.
• Perform study as Process Engineering Function such as NRW, MOC, and as requested by other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Petrochemical Industries.
• Possession of Singapore Certified Energy Manager (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Safety Case Regime
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard (Preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS651.
• Familiarity with IEC 61511 standard (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Process Simulation software such as Aspen Plus®, Aspen, and HYSYS®.
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), in particular, its logic and sequence modification.
• Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.

• Responsible in Administer the monitoring infrastructure, ensuring that it is stable, up to date, well designed, properly tuned and properly maintained.
• Extend the current infrastructure and /or implement a new infrastructure following capacity management plans.
• Develop and maintain Application monitoring.
• Deploy and maintain Dynatrace APM monitoring and integration through API’s.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Dynatrace monitoring tool / APM tool stack.
• Good knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Strong scripting experience in either Bash, PowerShell, Python etc
• APM monitoring from Dynatrace, or other monitoring tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in Full-Stack Observability platform is desirable.
• Experience with automation tools and runbooks like ansible, YAML also desirable.
• Experience with NRQL, PromQL, JSON and dashboards in Grafana.
• Knowledge of other monitoring tool is a plus, especially Prometheus, Azure Monitoring, OEM, SCOM, NNMi, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk.
• Good knowledge monitoring of Active Directory Domain Services, SharePoint, SQL, Exchange,
