Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module process
• 22/28 nanometer and below advance technology nodes experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer
• Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Experience skills including SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred
• Able to commit shift work

Job Scope:

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule
• ⁠Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
• ⁠To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
• ⁠⁠Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co- ordination with sub-contractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in M&E Engineering ONLY (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the maintenance and operations of M&E services including mechanical servicing and repair work.
• To liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.
• Supervise subcontractor’s works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Prepare and conduct technical and coordination meeting for M&E part.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
