Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated System Infrastructure Administrator to provide operational and administrative support for our IT infrastructure in line with agreed service levels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, backup and recovery, server security, and performance management, particularly with Windows Active Directory and various server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive system administration support.

· Manage backup and recovery processes, ensuring the integrity and availability of systems.

· Administer and enforce server security protocols.

· Monitor and optimize server performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

· Fulfil reporting requirements related to system health, security, and performance.

· Support overall server management activities, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.

System Infrastructure:

Physical Servers:

· Ensure proper functionality and regular maintenance.

Virtual Machines:

· Administer VMware and Hyper-V environments.

Windows Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy):

· A must-have requirement for the role.

Storage (SAN):

· Manage and monitor storage solutions.

Backup Solutions:

· Administer backup tools such as Veritas, Backup Exec, and backup appliances.

Operating Systems:

Windows Server:

· Experience with Windows Server is required.

Linux:

· Familiarity with RedHat Linux is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Server administration.

· Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification is required.

· Additional experience with RedHat Linux is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Process Engineer is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot line to production line.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for production line.
• Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis. Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects. Review and update FMEA, Control plan OCAP with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.
• Support customer NPI activities and internal engineering activities.
• New material, process & machine development and qualification.
• Handle and manage customer audits and 8D reports.
• Provide disposition for engineering and production lots.
• Conduct process characterization and qualification to establish process baseline.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials science, microelectronics or similar disciplines.
• Knowledge in process engineering, process control engineering and yield enhancement preferred
• Knowledge in SPC, DOE, FEMA, and 8D reports
• Experience in semiconductor industry would be an added advantage

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in material science, microelectronics, mechanical engineering or relevant engineering field
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry and working in cleanroom environment
• Hands-on process experience in Backend Process: Pick and Place / SMT and SMD / Ball Drop / Reflow / Laser Marking / Tape and Reel / Singulation / Packing / AOI, etc within semiconductor IC packaging industry
• Experience in SPC, DPE, FMEA, OCAP, WI, CPK, PPK, 4D/8D report
